Growth Crystal Tier 3 slower than Sprinkler #777

Bug Report

Usually the Growth Crystal tier 3 makes crops grow super fast. I don't know if it is something in the config, but the crops grow slower with it than with the Cyclic Sprinkler

Expected Behaviour

Fast crop growth

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Put some crops around a Sprinkler, and some crops around a Growth Crystal Tier 3 and compare.

I had to make a combo of the Sprinkler with the growth crystal, to have any benefits.

This is exactly what i am thinking about right now, And i think that there is something wrong with it, I had to place 64 of them in my test world to be able see some speed improvement
