[Suggestion]: Either add a way to obtain greenheart sapling or remove all greenheart items

Suggestion Description

Currently there doesn't seem to be a way to craft, sieve, loot from chance cubes or obtain in any other way a greenheart sapling. I propose either adding such a way or remove greenheart items altogether.
