[Bug]: Items immediately disappear and get deleted when put in TC smeltery

Issue Description

As far as I can tell, anything I try to put in the smeltery, whether meltable or not, gets immediately deleted. I've tried replacing the controller and relogging, neither worked. I haven't had this problem on this world until today.

Oh man I'm an idiot. Forgot I had a hopper connected to the chute picking up blaze drops. All the items are safe in a chest. :P
