[Bug]: JEI bookmarks not loading, JEI config not working bc FTB Library not installed

Issue Description

JEI not keeping bookmarks after exiting the game. JEI config button gives error message 'Install FTB Library to access ingame config'

The bookmarks not loading has nothing to do with FTB Lib. This was a bug we discovered and fixed in the 1.0.1 of the modpack that came out last week. Update your modpack to see this fix.

I will not be adding FTB Library to the modpack. All config changes can be made in the config file located in the Configs folder.
