New Guilds - Spells? Items? Levels? Oh my. #16

We need to discuss guild rewards like spells and items and how they relate to guild levels.

The general idea was, as a guild levels up you unlock certain features. Nothing is set in stone, and I'd like to hear your input on this!

Something I proposed to Draban was taking into account player hours. Having 15 1k per level level 50s with 2 days of game time shouldn't be worth more than having 5 5k player hour characters in a guild.

I think someone of it will have to do with "What the guild is" Illythiiri guild won't ever have a lot of members because of the type of guild it is. So would RP count towards guild level? How does a guild level up? Items should be last to be earned. Are we doing two spells, buff/attack or rp spell?
