Currently all of our request and domain data is being handled by the domain service. This should be broken out into two services.

Things that should be handled by the domain service:

[ ] fetch user's list of domains
[ ] keep domain selected across views?
[ ] fetch domain configuration (via configurations service)
[ ] allow modification of per domain configuration (via configurations service)

Things that should be handled by the request service:

[x] fetch all requests within a time range
[x] mark or unmark requests as attack
[x] provide unique sessions list (via sessions filter)
[x] provide unique IPs list (via IPs filter)
