Marking as attack sends email labeled 'False Positive'

Probably just some bad binary logic on the email text but we need to confirm that these are going into db correctly and then fix the email.

I think this is because you changed the way the "toggle" stuff works. The email message probably didn't make the change along with the comparison statement.
