Surfer minigame and surfer's house #5

This one is tricky. Pikachu's gimmick was Surf. On the intro Pikachu can also Fly, would be better to make Clefairy fly instead of surf? (That would also mean we need to come up with a different minigame). We'd also need a way to get either surf or fly in our Clefairy through the history so the minigame can be played.

One idea: create some kind of sidescroller where Clefairy is flying to the moon and is evading rocks.
