Have you tried without the proxies? There is a lack of debug info in regard to proxy support, so those issues are hard to diagnose without more info.

Hey Storm I Got A Problem With This Stuff I Set My Codename As Owner Then I Used [!] Commands But They Don't Do Anything Then I Do !KILLALL Randomly Then If A Mob Get Close To The Bot They Hit The Mobs Why???
