Accepted. The hyperlinks should be different for the local PDF DG. However, we argue that the severity is low as they are mainly specifications of the project, that a tester, when simply running java -jar would not encounter or use.

Reason for disagreement: I disagree. I found this bug during the documentation part in phase II and not in phase I. Thus, the tester aspect does not apply as I have already finished testing your application. This part is to read your document to understand how you created your application. Furthermore, as this error is in the developer guide, it is about knowing how easy it is for a developer to understand your project as well. Thus, the idea that it does not affect me as a tester is invalid as I am unable to judge whether certain aspects of your documentations.
Furthermore, I could agree with you if only one link was broken. However, all the links in the section did not work, which raises the severity level and makes your entire section unusable. Furthermore, a developer will miss out on all the information available in the missing 5 links and will have to deduce on their own. It will be even more difficult for a developer who is new to the codebase you used.
They will have to fix the links in order to further add into these sections if they modify their project which is a hassle for them.
