Adds cobweb and spider banner patterns, including all assets and data required. Not currently tested in-game due to weird issues with MultiLoader that I couldn't figure out, but theoretically shouldn't have any problems. Added both banners to the Rare category since that's the most sparse one right now. English translation provided but I don't know German. If this needs anything else, please let me know!
