Maven Repo Down #157

It seems like we're unable to resolve https://maven.mcmoddev.com to build mods for 1.12.2 anymore

Yeah, that entire domain is currently down. You can still access it using https://mmdmaven.blamejared.com however I am in the process of migrating my files to https://maven.blamejared.com
