Group soils with same multiplier in recipes #364

Having 3 different dirts in a modpack effectively triples the amount of recipes that use dirt as a soil. It can quickly get bloated when each of these dirts also have grass and farmland variants.

Thanks for the feedback, I agree the JEI support could be handled a bit better. I will try to clean this up in a future update.
