Mod does nothing #3

The mod simply does nothing anymore on a clean forge install.

Minecraft Version: 1.16.5 Forge Version: 36.1.12 Herd Mentality Version: 6.0.2

After further investigation, it appears I'm an idiot. I hadn't realized the mod is intended to not do anything when in creative mode, and I had only been testing it in creative mode. My apologies.
