Add an example script for automatic Stage generation through datapck tags #72

I made this script for a modpack I'm working on, then decided against using GameStages in the end, as it was taking too long to set up, and I am a very impatient person.

I still thought the script may be a useful thing for others to learn from or just to use, so figured I'd at least try to get it put into here. I've commented it as well as I am able, trying to make it as easy to understand as possible (not that it isn't in the first place, in my opinion)

I'm not going to claim it's the cleanest/most optimized code, but you're free to make it better. I know it works like a charm and that's all that matters to me 😄

I'm not reserving any rights on it, I don't care how people use it, etcetera.

CraftTweaker is discouraging the use of example scripts moving forward. There are also some know issues with using tags, for example they're not always synced to the client which can cause the client to be out of sync on dedicated players.
