Update Journeymap versions to 5.7.1 #13

Thanks for trying to fix this.

As mentioned in other places I am not capable of building 1.12.2 anymore so this build will fail and won't show up on maven. I've merged rather than closing in case someone else wants to revisit 1.12.2 in the future. I have no plans to work on 1.12.2 at this time but I do hope to revive this project for modern versions at some point.

yea, I think most mods are done for 1.12.2. I have not touched it since long before I made this PR. I had several users that would ask me about it so I made the PR.

Let me know when you start working on a modern version and I can get the things you need in the API.
