Added info in README for contributors
added issue templates for bug, suggestion, tip and translation
Nodecraft image displays correctly now in both dark and light github themes

Thanks for working on this, although there are a few issues like including localization strings from your other PR and having localization be an issue type rather than PR. I may use this as the basis for a future update though.
