Add spawner egg tip and HP joke tip #107

Thanks for submitting a PR. A lot of users have complained about the joke tips not being useful so I think we're going to refrain from adding any more moving forward and reconsider the existing ones.

This commit bundled 2 tips, only one of them is a joke. Take a look at the files and the spawner egg tip.
