[Enhance] 12th (13th) Sonic Screwdriver & Sonic Enhancement #408

Simply add 12th Sonic Screwdriver model. And some configurable things: interracting with redstone, iron doors, etc.

WHY DOSE EVERY ONE WANT IT TO DO REDSTONE! there a re 3 screwdriver models. put your sonic in the permissions slot on the engine and press the button to the right

Sorry. I saw 3 models, but maybe Dark can add one more, why not?..

I'm pretty sure everyone wants it to do redstone because the Dalek Mod spoiled them with an Iron Door opener. Even though even THEIR mod can't power redstone dust anymore.

I say why not let it open iron doors? As long as at the same time right-clicking a wooden door with the screwdriver keeps the door from opening, I think its a pretty fun little inside joke. (Doesnt work on wood!) For really secure doors nobody sane uses the iron door anyhow, since unless you have something like ForgeEssentials, there is nothing stopping people from breaking it down... (Maybe include a "biometric door" or something that can only be opened with a tardis key linked to the person who placed it down and can only be removed by the owner using a dismantle screwdriver?)
