We are creating room without any cost. This is good but too easy for survival. I think we should give something's while creating room. E.g: Ores, Blocks and maybe special items for creating room. (Sorry for bad English)

The whole point is that they don't cost anything but you don't gain any resources by doing it. If you think you can create too many, then lower the number of max rooms and make it so you have to spend level points on getting more rooms.

simple solution, don't use them/add them to the server... personally i like having the pre decorated rooms if they use mundane resources that are both easy to get and not too useful outside decoration. its up to you to choose NOT to use them. think about it, you can get into creative mode in "survival" on a SP game by opening the game to lan and enabling cheats.

I like to pre decorated rooms. Survival also need to strive to achieve something right ? Just right click and boooom big room in there. Is this survival mode ? I want to be little more difficult to get pre decorated rooms and another question here: How to create room without using pre decorated room in survival mod in tardis ? for the mod to do what (i think) you are asking would be a bit much. the idea is that the tardis is making the rooms, you are just telling it where they go
