Dimension whitelist #629

Would it be possible to add a dimension whitelist? Either as an option to invert the blacklist, or a separate field.

Motivation: We've got Dimensional Doors on the server, which generates tons of dimensions and really clutters up the TARDIS list.

There is a wildcard for the blacklist. So if a mod is generating dozens of dimensions like "pocketdim1", "pocketdim42", "pocketdim666" and so on (I guess that's just what DimDoors does) you could simply blacklist "pocketdim*" (without the "" of course), then the Tardis shouldn't be able to travel to any of those... does of course work with every mod that add's dims whose names do follow any kind of shema.
