You can just repair the TARDIS, though.
Then make more, it's simple, and there's tons of tutorials.
This would probably get laggy.
You can already alter the transmat location.
When the TARDIS levels up, the tanks level up as well.
I don't think this would be feasible considering how the rooms work at the moment.

ViaDuct Roundel Function: It would be cool for the TARDIS to beam you around the interiors. Better than having a duct system all over the place. If you let it go into a roundel, it would have another list of the availible roundels. Then you could teleport, have the other list, and go to the other areas.
Creative Mode / Very End Game? TARDIS Invunribility / Infinite Artron Upgrades. Creative mode: Hey I want a TARDIS in creative mode. one key summon later Okay, lets fly this thing fails the flight and the tardis is broken Oh come on why?
More Rooms: Bland rooms are bland. I want more.
TARDIS Wide/Room Wide Coloring: TARDIS wide coloring can be from a panel function. Room wide from a room controllers GUI
Choosable Transmat Location: Really cool beam around the tardis thing,
TARDIS Tank/Item Buffer Upgrade: Upgrades the tardis with either 1 tank of fluid buffer or 1 row of item buffer.
Room Settings: Room controler from a GUI can control: what doors are doors, roundel upgrades, lockdown function (should also be from a redstone signal with a roundel function) that blocks all doors, Room color (earlier), elevator sidedness, room deletion, and more.
