better chat append

Being able to customize chat append with unicode chararcters

Ghost EXP

Middleclick exp but doesnt switch server and client side ( i am able to send china code)

**Description better chatappend putting unicode chararcters into a file and changing where the unicodes should be (infront or behind the chatappend)
