FastUse is compatible with middleclick. For example, I use midleckick in order to throw hp at my feet, and I want it to rush more slowly (for example, as for a 2b2t server), for this I would need to specify a strict in the fastuse, and when using midleclick, xp would be thrown with the desired speed.
