Ended up not being a modal but another page to see what's needed in full screen

Pretty sure the existing CourseClients table won't be enough, however, it may be useful for #70.

There needs to be another table that holds pretty much all the data in the subscription page UI. Not so sure yet about proof of payments

Decided not to use another table but simply use the existing CourseClients and adding new fields as needed. Working on UI side to map the registration
