Add/Edit Employees - Change layout

Current implementation of these 2 screens doesn't work properly on smaller monitors, instead of a vertical layout change it to be horizontal with the following:

• Picture box should be placed on the left along with the button to select an image
• Rest of the input boxes should be placed on the right
• Make the screen itself rectangular giving more emphasis to the width instead of the height

@IlsesitaAguilar puedes echarle un ojo a esto a ver si ya se ve mejor de esta forma? Ya esta actualizado el zip con el programa actualizado

You still see the error in the add box, you still cannot see the photo of the worker and the data at the same time.

@IlsesitaAguilar esto ayuda bastante, ya veo por donde anda el problema, sin duda tiene que ver con las resoluciones de los monitores de ambos
