Hotfix for New Maps #1716

Armored Yaryshivka:

Fixed infinite respawning AT guns.
Fixed tanks were unable to capture objectives.
Fixed all tanks were marked as spawn vehicles.
Reduced round timer to 60 minutes from 80.

Reichswald:

Fixed missing Allied main supply cache.
