Admins can now safely change maps via a context menu accessible by right-clicking on a map in the voting list. No more accidental map switches when trying to vote as an admin!
The menu is accessible to logged-in admins and respects Change Map and Restart Map privileges (any admin could switch a map before, even if they had no permission to do so).
