Feature: Squad Vehicles

• [x] Squad owned vehicles can only be entered by members of that squad
• [x] If vehicle is not used it becomes abandoned
• [x] If abandoned a new squad entering claims it
• [ ] SL of the squad can use right-click context menu on the map to purposely abandon it
• [x] If the Squad Owned Vehicle becomes abandoned, it should inform the squad leader
• [ ] When a player leaves or is removed from a squad they should be forced out of the vehicle

Basnett demanded there be more to it. It needs to at the minimum deal with scenarios we can think of which will be a problem.

Old: We need this to be simple as possible to start with. The implementation of something complicated will end up being harder than you will imagine and you'll end up rewriting loads and loads of functionality and creating unforeseen bugs.

Putting this on hold, because we aren't sure its the best idea. 1) It can cause problems, for instance if Joe's squad claims all the Logis and then don't use them well. 2) Doesn't actually prevent griefing as it could actually make it worse, grief squad claims all the logis

We think a better idea is just to restrict driving them, so only SLs and ASLs can drive logi trucks.
