Add STT #10

This will probably be a port of Jasper's STT code.

You may be interested in https://github.com/gunthercox/chatterbot-voice. I've started looking into speech recognition and synthesis. At the moment the first release of chatterbot-voice is available on PyPi for testing and it should cover both #10 and #11.
