Link all sponsorship part to one event only. #157

Description

Linked to #103 Link the sponsorship part to one event only. The sponsorship cannot be available if an event has not been selected

The feature will allow having several "sponsorship level" list, "sponsorship benefit" list, etc. in database, as each list will be linked to one event.
