open the conference selection when selecting a slot with the type talk #95

Current Behavior

On the "add a slot" page, when we decide to create a Talk slot, we cannot choose on the conference list the one we want to add at this slot

Expected behavior

Be able to select into the "add a slot" form the conference we want by adding a droplist on the form with all the conference already entered into the database

Do we have to display only the talks which are not already on the same day of the slot ?

For example : Day 03/06/2019 at 10:00 am, i have Talk "Hello everyone"

When i want to create another slot the 03/06/2019, i musn't have "Hello everyone" displayed on my talks list.
When i want to create a slot the 04/06/2019, i have all of the talks displayed on my talks list.

About the talk name that appears on the Day, you can report this in another issue if needed
