[Suggestion]: Rework sleep healing mechanics, other medical additions #936

What is the suggestion?

Sleep healing is too easy and too rewarding, and we should force more downtime on people who get injured in combat. A RP server's combat should be brutal and punishing to make people think before they attack on their own.

Re: point one Adding a test of halved sleep heal for toxin and water healing of blood loss reduced to the same amount you get from sleeping. Reason: a less hardcore version, the coughing blood thing already been slightly reduced but its torture to be stuck listening to that for 30 mins if no one knows how to heal tox and youre in crit. Sleep heal is a concession to playability, its not one I like but I hesitate to nuke it entirely.

My only concern about the toxins change is that outside of town, there is no way to recover from toxin damage. Some type of herbal medicine would be necessary. The issue gets exacerbated in rounds where both the poisonous and edible berries roll the same (or extremely similar) color. Apart from that, I like the changes.

Would allow for medical items to be more valuable. Various balms, salves, etc. Links the Stoneshard medical item page here

Would make herbalism and such more important. You'd probably see people selling that stuff in stalls. Would need to be accompanied by a lot of various herbs and plants though, so that like anything86 said, you could make some kind of an herbal anti-toxin in the wild...
