Voluptuous Vivian not spawning properly

He doesn't seem to spawn after a number of hours of killing PHs. Also the mob id's are broken in that area I think.

Thanks, you're right they have removed at least 2 mobs one lighning elemental and another, i'll correct it tonight or recapture the area.
