Fix newline messing with JIRA smart commits #45

Make it optional to have time put right on end of commit message instead of on a newline as Jira smart commits don't recognise the #time tag when it is on a newline

This would be a bit messy to integrate. Can you use the <#DTT#> placeholder in template instead?
