As a User, I can access a short video on the program page if I am enrolled in a course, so that I can get a mock studying experience.

Acceptance Criteria:

When logged in and enrolled in a course, I see a youtube video option on the program page.
Clicking on the video option steams the video
Users who are not enrolled in the course do not have access to the youtube video option.

Tasks

[x] Implement functionality to check user's enrollment status in a course.
[x] Design and implement UI components to display the "Watch Video" option on the program page.
[x] Integrate a video player to stream short videos relevant to the course content.
[x] Ensure proper access control to restrict video access to enrolled users only.
