There is no numbering on all the functions so it is hard to navigate the user guide.

The team feels that numbering on the functions do not impact the navigability of the user guide.

Additionally, we have also included hyperlinks to each section, and a "back to top" hyperlink on each of those sections throughout the document, which should help towards navigating each of those sections.
