Add Unix Setup File for the Non-Microsoft Folks

What's Wrong? No executable exists for the non-Microsoft users out there.

What do I Expect to Happen? There should be an executable that can be run to drop the old database and create a new one.

Suggested Fix Modify the existing file to create a .sh file from the .bat file that is also unix executable.
