The Heart doesnt react to damage | Dungeons Hotbar 1.20.1 Forge #17

I installed the resourcepack Dungeons Hotbar on a clean Minecraft Install (1.20.1) Just Forge and OptiFine, no more even no other resourcepacks. The issue is when i put the survival mode and recive damage the Heart still full and only changes when i died and show him empty, is quite dificult play whitout knowing how much life you have, i really would apreciate a fix or something

And yes, i read that " Pack may be incompatible with mods like Optifine " and i tried to remove optifine but even with OptiFine out the issue persist XD XD2

Forge has its own patches to Vanilla, so that's why I don't recommend you to use it with vanilla shaders. But this may be a shader bug as well.
