Added MSI Raider GE78HX LED mapping #370

This PR adds support for MSI Raider GE78HX keymapping. Modern MSI laptops use SteelSeries keyboards.
Small caveat: numpad keys are smaller and do not fit into regular grid, so numpad is mapped after main keys.
Tested with Artemis RGB and repo example.
