is there a way to enable this for org mode headings whenever org-indent-mode is turned on?

e.g. when org-hide-leading-stars is t

* First heading
* Second heading
| * First subheading
| * Second subheading
| | * First sub-sub heading
* Third heading

I am not sure how this package behave in org mode, but https://github.com/tonyaldon/org-bars may interest you.
