Create manual tests for Angelcode. #156

We should have tests, besides tutorials, for Angelcode rendering.

Remember we (painfully) should add those new files to win, mac and iOS.

Added a AngelCode font to the allready existing manual test. This way we don't need to add new setup files for the various systems.
