T2.FDR STE stats are set to 5s of 0.35 FDR, yet not sure if it really works. Fact that we don't have an effect ico to pop up when this STE is active does not help. I could easily test it with 1 of FDR and it blocked all the fall damage within 5s for real. Now I need someone to assure it works as intended in its current state.
