Review GK2 BoM OC STE list of vanilla effects #12

I have noticed the list be vastly extended with new U35-36 weaponry introduction. And this extension includes few inconsistencies. Namely, it lacks turret arc reference, covers pheuro bolts but not pehuro nades.

As per CVO changes, we have to remove the Crystalline Caverns' Crystals effect from BoM benefits and add Turret Arc STE in its place. I doubt that benefitting from the Crystals was an intended effect. Turret Arc OC shared that STE until U34 but GSG forgot to update the file with the new Arc STE.
