Key remapping window GUI is bad! #3

It is a dropdown that lets you map for individual keys only, and doesn't label the Upper Case and Lower Case boxes clearly. Nor does it have standard window controls.

What I want to do (one day, maybe):

If emoji/emoticons ever get added, then we'll also need links to a) Win10's emoji panel, b) Winmoji? or some default Win7/Win8 emoji panel; c) Unicode Emoji dictionary website? (I hate web-based resources - give me offline any day)

Might not be necessary. I discovered that typing the keys in the boxes allows for quickly switching to the desired keys. Allows you to identify weird "Oem" keys. Not sure what to do about those, as they mean different things on different computers, I've found. Typing the key allows you to use them, though.
