Pls add permissions #3

Players can put /bounce true and false

Permissions do exist. Players can use /bounce <true|false> because the permission is default set to true (meaning everyone can use it unless permission is removed). If using that command turns off bouncing for the entire server, then that isn't what the command is intended for and I will look into fixing that. To remove that permission from players, in PurePerms give the permission "- -bouncyblocks.command". Placing a - before a permission node removes that permission from the player/group.
