Unable to open packet filtering drive, class win32_error creatfile 2, system cannot find file specified

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Right when Peerblock attempts to open

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I try to open the program I get this error message:

Peerblock is unable to open the packet filtering drive.
This could happen if Peerblock crashed and didn't have a chance to unload 
the driver, or if the file pbfilter.sys can't be found.

The system cannot find the file specified

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?

I am using version 1.0 on WinXP 32-bit

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Peerblock, but I get the same 
problem.

I believe this error was caused by Issue #80, which has been fixed in our Beta
Release train and will be included in our next Stable Release due out in a week 
or
so.  Please try running our latest Beta, and if that doesn't fix it comment 
here and
we can re-open this issue.
