Clicking on the tray icon does not put PeerBlock in the tray when Windows 7 Basic theme is used #346

OS: Windows 7 32bit, Windows 7 theme, latest revision from trunk

Right clicking on the tray should put PeerBlock in tray. This does not happen
if I use the Windows 7 basic theme. If I use the standard Windows 7 theme (aero
on) or the Windows classic theme it works as expected.

Some more info on this: the problem is introduced in r367. If I revert that
revision everything works for me regardless of the theme used on Windows 7.
Attached are the configuration file and the logs for the 2 themes using r584
and tracelog level 7.
