Peerblock shows that it is blocking 775,602,315 ips #409

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Its on the main page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Really? peerblock is blocking 1/5th of the entire web ip4 address space I dont 
think so!

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
PeerBlock 1.0+  r484    win7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

It cannot be blocking so many sites but the wording also say's 775,602,315 IPs.
I am assuming IPs is internet addresses there simply cannot be that many bad 
addresses is there?
