--What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Dots-Per-Inch (DPI) Display settings to "120%" (or anything above 100%).
Often requires restart. [In Windows XP, just right-click desktop, click
display, get to advanced settings, DPI settings.]
2. Start program.
3. The List Manager shows this problem.
--What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should have seen the menu. Instead, there was text overlapping the buttons and
display area. Looks like this:

64-bit?

This often happens with programs that appear to have been developed within a
Microsoft programming environment. (Just saying.)
